Request DTO for creating or updating an attribute group

Unique code name (e.g. "hcp_app" or "HCP_App" - both stored as "hcp_app").
Only lowercase alphanumeric, underscore, and hyphen allowed.
CASE-INSENSITIVE: "HCP_App" and "hcp_app" are treated as the same name.
The name will be automatically converted to lowercase.

Display label for UI (e.g. "HCP App Settings")
